"Burwood Club Champion goes to water"

Let me set the scene. It's a Thursday night and we head off to Malvern Valley to play a round. Nobody in there right mind wou;d be out in the conditions. That's the key to this story nobody in there right mind turned up.

Anyway the night progresses as usual until Emo, Jimmy, The Beagle and myself are on the 17th green. Emo stands over his ball and evaluates a long snaking treacherous putt. BJ is rummaging through his bag not watching or caring about others. (What a surprise)

Emo strikes the ball firmly and as it makes its way towards the hole Jimmy says, "It's going in". To which Emo replies "No it's not, it's not even close".

Jimmy then raises his hand and points "No it's really going in" Jimmy was in fact pointing out to Emo that his bag was going in. IN THE WATER. The bag has off it's own accord rolled passed BJ and into the water. The bag floated and boobed along in the water for 50 metres until retrieved Emo. He's happy to report that all his clubs, keys, wallet and bag are now clean and ready for Box Hill.
